En-R-gy Soup

Living Food Feast from Sprout Café

Serves 1 or More

Ingredients:
  • 1 apple
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 cup sunflower sprouts
  • ½ cup buckwheat lettuce
  • ½ cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 cups Rejuvelac or filtered water
  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon Nama Shoyu
  • 1 teaspoon kelp flakes
  • 2 teaspoons cumin powder
  • 2 cups spinach (washed), about a bunch
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 avocado
Steps:
  1. Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix, except for flaxseed, avocado and sprouts, blend until smooth.
  2. Add avocado, blending well.
  3. Add sprouts, blending well.
  4. Add ground flaxseed, blending well.
