Pina Colada Energy Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 young coconut, meat and water
- 4-5 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon coconut butter
- ½ pineapple
- 2 bananas

Advance Preparation:
- Soak medjool dates in coconut water for 2 hours.
- Freeze pineapple and bananas.

Steps:
- Place young coconut meat, coconut water, and soaked dates in blender, blend until smooth.
- Add coconut butter, blend well.
- Add pineapple and bananas, blend until smooth.
