Pina Colada Energy Smoothie

Serves 8

Ingredients:
  • 1 young coconut, meat and water
  • 4-5 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • ½ pineapple
  • 2 bananas
Advance Preparation:
  1. Soak medjool dates in coconut water for 2 hours.
  2. Freeze pineapple and bananas.
Steps:
  1. Place young coconut meat, coconut water, and soaked dates in blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Add coconut butter, blend well.
  3. Add pineapple and bananas, blend until smooth.
