Nut and Date Pie Crust

1 Pie Crust


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup pecans (dry)
  • 1 cup walnuts (dry)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1½ cups medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
Advance Preparation:
  1. Soak walnuts and pecans for 12 hours, drain, dehydrate for 12 hours.
Steps:
  1. Place all ingredients in food processor with "S" blade and process well.
  2. Press by hand into a pie plate until entire pie plate is covered.
Note:  Crust may be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen.
