Honey, Nut and Date Pie Crust

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almonds (dry)
- 1 cup pecans (dry)
- 1 cup walnuts (dry)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cups medjool dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- ¼ cup raw honey

Advance Preparation:
- Soak almonds, pecans and walnuts for 12 hours, drain, dehydrate for 12 hours.

Steps:
- Place almonds in food processor with "S" blade and process until mixture resembles flour.
- Add salt and vanilla to the almonds and process well.
- Add pecans, walnuts and dates to food processor and process.
- Add honey to the nut and date mixture and process just until mixed well.
- Press mixture by hand into 8-10 inch glass pie pan.
