Live Food 101 Weekend
Class - Course Description |

Students will receive a course manual and recipe book. Meals will
be provided at each class. The classes are presented in a casual and
relaxed atmosphere - each consists of a lecture, followed by a recipe
preparation demonstration. Questions are encouraged and welcomed during
the class. The empowering information given in this course in presented
with an emphasis on the students thinking for themselves. |

Class Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm sharp.
Tuition: $650.00 (Save $50.00 by registering
and prepaying at least two weeks in advance.) |

Live Food 101 Beyond the
Basics - Course Description |

Advanced food preparation class on Saturday and Sunday. Designed for
live foodists who would like to enhance their skill of food preparation.
Meals will be provided at each class. Jackie Graff R.N., BSN and Live
Food Chef will teach a limited number of students in how to be creative
and artistic in gourmet live food preparation. |

Class Hours: Saturday, Sunday 8:00 am -
6:00 pm sharp
Graduates will get an "Advanced Food Preparation Certificate"
from Sprout Café.
Students will get the complete set of Sprout Café recipe books.

Learn to make your favorite Sprout Café Living Foods! Just
in time for the holidays, Jackie Graff, Gourmet Chef of the Sprout
Café, will teach a half day food preparation class every month,
each class will be devoted to a different theme meal.

Classes will be held at the Sprout Café on Saturdays, 1:30
- 6:00 pm. All classes include dinner and a recipe book.
