NCompass Travel Group is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We are former owners and managers of travel agencies with over 20 years experience in the travel industry. Our firsthand experience provides a unique perspective for understanding the challenges faced by travel professionals in today's marketplace.

Katherine Mullin

Ms. Mullin is responsible for the overall vision and strategy of the company. Prior to starting NCompass Travel Group, Ms. Mullin was Director of Client Services at TRX, Inc., a leading provider of technology processing for the online travel community. As the Director of Client Services she was directly responsible for the quality and accuracy of technology services to large internet clients such as US Airways, Continental Airlines, Hotwire and Delta Airlines. Additionally, Ms. Mullin was responsible for negotiating contract renewals, managing client profitability and providing quarterly reviews to client and management.

Prior to TRX, Ms. Mullin was the CEO/Owner of Carlson Wagonlit Travel/Cosmopolitan Travel, Inc., a full service travel agency. She was responsible for the profit, loss and overall operation of travel services, products and management for local, national and international clients. In 1994, Ms. Mullin received the Client of the Year Award from the Service Corps of Retired Executives.

Ms. Mullin is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has additional training in developing and implementing business plans and marketing.

Soula Nikolatos

With has more than 20 years of experience in the travel industry, Ms. Nikolatos is responsible for operations and sales. Recently Ms. Nikolatos was Sales/Account Manager for Carey Executive Limousine. She was responsible for selling chauffeured transportation services to corporations, hotels and conventions.

Before joining Carey Limousine, Ms. Nikolatos was the Executive Vice President of Carlson Wagonlit/Peachtree Travel Management, Inc., a $45 million agency. She was responsible for day-to-day operations of the agency including corporate and leisure reservations, administration, accounting, sales and marketing, customer service and training.

Ms. Nikolatos received a Travel and Tourism Diploma from Advanced Career Training in Atlanta. She has received additional training at the Lufthansa Training Center in Seeheim, Germany, and is a past board member of Travel Industry of Georgia.
