When we decided to incorporate we needed a name, but the name we wanted was taken. Yet we still wanted to convey we are a "total solutions" provider... for web sites, anyway.
Our CPA noticed the owner's faithful companion (Toto) never left her side. As the Latin phrase "in toto" (in entirety or total) is common accounting terminology, the company name was born. Even better: The corporate acronym would be "SIT!"

Toto is a cairn terrier (probably less than 100%) whose coloring and appearance when young were like the Toto of Oz fame.  She was a pretty sick pup when discovered at the Atlanta Humane Society, and was promptly taken to the family vet who actually named her... and got her well.
She occupies a special place in our hearts, and since you found our "Easter egg," we thought you might want to know about the dog... |
